SilverFit is a multimodal lower limb muscle and joint exercise rehabilitation aid for the elderly based on the Progressive Resistance Training model, combining the four most effective exercise modalities for the rehabilitation and enhancement of the knee and leg muscle group capacity of the elderly, with its overlapping exercise trajectory to form the exercise slide with the foot pedal, maximizing the compression of the size of the exercise aid, making it easy to move and use in home scenarios. The UI system upload sexercise data to the online platform of physicians and provides guidance.
