The product is a portable whistle small enough to comfortably clasp within your palm and worn on your fingers very fittingly. When not on duty, traffic enforcers can even attach it to their keychains. The finger-mount whistle design comes with two whistle frequency tiers, enabling directional sound transmission and producing up to 120 dB of sound.
