Diverge is a table that takes a departure from the ordinary towards excellence. The design takes simple forms and tweaks them from its ordinary path to tread a more divergent path. The table uses a robust base to emulate a strong and stable foundation supporting a contrastingly light and delicate top. The strong support the weak, the stable support the delicate – this creates a balance of power. Diverge uses design as a language to touch on themes of support structure and community. Diverge tables come in 3 sizes and work together as a unit in pairs and clusters.
