The Sponge Timer

The famous Chinese writer Lu Xun said, "Time is like water in a sponge; there is always time when you squeeze it." In an age of information explosion, it is increasingly difficult for people to focus on their work and studies. According to Professor Ruth E. Propper's 2013 paper "Getting a Grip on Memory: Unilateral Hand Clenching Alters Episodic Recall" demonstrates that clenching the fist during memory helps to remember and recall more. So I hope that with this design, people will be able to focus more and remember better when they are doing some learning that requires memorisation。
