This 100-foot catamaran is a record-breaking craft, designed to perform trans-ocean voyages and oceanographic research projects. Fully autonomous by solar power and with rechargeable batteries, the craft is capable to deliver6-8kt of cruising speed and unlimited range, with top speed up to 15kts. In total, the catamaran carries 240m2 of solar panels and 3000Ah of Lithium batteries. The interior includes 2 VIP cabins, 8 cabins for cadets or researchers, saloon, pilothouse, laboratory space. Hull material is in composite - carbon sandwich.
