This is a wall clock design that changes the traditional second hand into a small square. Whenever we check the time at the clock, we do not pay much attention to the second hand of the clock, which makes us rethink the role of the second hand. When we look at the clock without a second hand, we usually have a moment of hesitation and check whether the clock still runs. Therefore, the function of the second hand here is simply to verify the clock is running. So, I set the traditional second hand as a small square to weaken the indicative function of it.
