Harth Food Trucks

Inspired by Southeast Asian hawker centers and North American food truck culture, Harth Food Trucks are designed to give owners a say in what and where they cook without having to purchase a food service vehicle. The food trucks are built on a rack and pinion lift system to allow users the opportunity to own a fully functioning restaurant on wheels. The owners are only responsible for the food they cook and the depot takes care of the rest. Our design affords renters the experience of owning and operating a restaurant without purchasing a brick and mortar location.
