Eve is designed to guide you through deep breathing exercises. The petals open in a gentle, fluid wave representing a flower blooming and closing up. As the flower blossoms you breathe in through your nose and expand the stomach. When the petal closes you breathe out through your mouth. Repeating the process. You have the option to close your eyes as the petals guide your fingers through the motion of expanding and compressing. Or you can focus on the blue light that dims in and out in the center of the lotus.
