Modwax is a modular and sustainable furniture design initiative that repurposes leftover aromatherapy candle wax and its plastic containers into durable, uniquely textured furniture.
Through material experimentation, a durable wax that can be used in furniture making.
The modular design philosophy not only utilizes residual wax candles but also allows for customisation according to user preferences. Depending on the candles provided by users, the modular designs can be tailored to meet different texture and scent requirements, and users can easily swap parts.
