What led to the invention of the skewer? Perhaps it was the difficulty of working with nails! Have you ever tried to skewer a frozen chicken? If your answer is yes, my question is: how many times have you hurt your hand while doing this? Unfortunately, current skewers don’t perform well when faced with frozen meats. The current idea is to combine a screw and a skewer. Instead of pushing the skewer in, you simply twist it, making it easy to skewer even the toughest and most frozen meats.
