The HP 14 Laptop PC Eco Edition is a special laptop designed for students & hybrid workers with an emphasis on sustainability. Every touchable surface and most internal parts have been made sustainably, using recycled aluminum, EPS, food oil, and plastic.
Each major component of the computer is reclaimed:

Bio-based polycarbonate from waste food oil forms the screen frame.
We take waste food oil, purify it, make it into a bio-based polycarbonate alloyed with 21% plastic to make the screen bezel.

Reclaimed aluminum forms the display back.
Expanded polystyrene from the ocean forms the key cap
