Professor Yi named the research method of sand treatment "Soilization". (Related paper at https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2095809916311560)
We drew inspiration from Professor Yi's soil experiments to create an energy-efficient solution to desertification that can be implemented on a wide scale. The solution is to soilize the desert by drawing sand into the car, forming soil inside the car by mixing water and the water retention agent sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) and discharging it. Our vision is that wherever it passes, it will leave soil and usher in life.
