Most of the post-surgical patient transfers between beds are done manually. It not only wastes manpower and time but may cause secondary injury to the patient. So we designed a magnetic levitation medical bed. Both the bed plate and base contain electromagnets inside to achieve suspension. Different magnetic poles at the head and tail of the bed allow the levitated board to move in a stable direction. When in use, the two beds are docked and the control panel is operated to levitate and move the mattress, which enables safe, stable and efficient transfer of patients.
