Surroundings is a smart system comprised of an ambient light display, a smart ring, and a mobile app. It uses intentional light, sound, and natural language prompts to help users train healthy habits, boost their energy, and correct their internal rhythms. Envo Light and Inter Ring help users create a path towards less technology-dependent and rhythmically healthier lives. Surroundings allows users to gradually replace unhealthy habits with intentional activities created in routine reflection sessions - to guide their journey from passive living to the present.
