In response to evolving sports trends post-pandemic and the need for cost-effective fitness options, we aimed to provide a versatile, minimalistic fitness experience with For-Fit. By utilizing the angular shape of easily producible box profiles, we achieved a strong and structurally sound design. This sustainable approach yields economical yet aesthetically pleasing products. The stations, accommodating 15 user-weight-based exercises, target both upper and lower muscle groups.
