My_SmartBottle is a physical smart drinking bottle equipped with sensors and a connected backend that continuously tracks personal hydration. It measures fluid intake and sends these data to the cloud. An algorithm provides tailored feedback to the individual user, care provider, and/or sports manager to adjust hydration behaviour. The smart bottle and cloud platform allow users to self-manage their hydration throughout the day, whether they are care receivers, health buffs, or professional athletes.
