We decided to design the trendsetting record player as Black Label Series to meet both new and old generations’ prospects and outlooks utilizing natural materials, a dark color palette and brass detailing. The design language of Umbra adopts symmetry for eye-pleasing, asymmetry from top view to create a focal point, and geometric that perfectly fits the contemporary environment. Black was chosen because black constitutes and defines classic and timeless. Brass details create not only contrast with matte black, but also harmony with glossy black.
