In the event of a hurricane, United Way, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and volunteers work together to provide relief. With the help of Google, advanced task oriented United Way volunteers wear Google Glass to aid in training, data transfer for long term organizational efforts, and boost effectiveness in the field. By using alternate reality to augment the individual's skill set, volunteers will take ownership over their tasks. Manager and volunteer dashboards monitor key performance Indicators in the field to increase volunteer retention.
