The NEUTOS 'Teardrop' model represents a hybrid of a self-sufficient ecosystem for plants and a classic lamp in terms of functionality and design. The self-sustaining arrangement of living plants and microorganisms is embedded in a glass body that is defined by clear and elegant lines. The glass body is hermetically sealed and thus completely protected against any outside influences. The so - called hermetosphere with its mini sun in the form of an LED daylight spot-controllable via an app - can be described as the heart of the permanently closed culture vessel in lamp form.
