Mizu is an elegant ceramic washbasin which represents an innovative solution that rethinks the object’s traditional architecture. The washbasin is thought like a volume composed of many components that define the external shell. The central cut of the superior cap, which designs the object’s graphic, drains the water in the bowl, where the drain hole is hidden. It goes beyond the classical interpretation of a washbasin, according to which the maximum aesthetical research was, until now, limited to conceal or disguise the drain hole.
