A statement to livelier urban spaces 'Tete-a-Tete' is a street furniture concept aiming to reconnect people. When many of us are more immersed in their smartphones than their surroundings, the twin seater promotes greater interaction between people. Aiming to establish little ‘social islands’ when placed on public plazas, in parks or city squares, the bench also transforms those spaces to be more hospitable. Its gradual steel wire construction and interwoven colors resembles strings of human narratives. The bench is made from recycled steel and powder coated in various color combinations.
