This hybrid inverter (solar + batteries) is a single-phase unit that allows a bidirectional flow of energy between the batteries and consumption.
The previous aluminium injection design moulds were already failing and a new design was required. Also, its use was being expanded from industry to domestic, for example, in garages. Therefore, aesthetics had to be welcoming and non intrusive.
We upgraded the inverter design by (i) curating its shape and details while keeping volume optimization, (ii) considering the technician installation process and maintenance, to make his/her life easier.
