Every year, a third of the world's food goes to waste, with 96% incinerated or landfilled. Mounting issues include excessive food waste, greenhouse gas emissions, and food insecurity. We're tackling this by developing products that upcycle everyday food waste. Vleur is a product proposal that extracts essential oils from household waste. User-friendly and customizable, it allows anyone to create valuable chemistry for the home!
