The Whale Tail Bench takes its inspiration from the ocean and one of the most iconic views it offers us, the whale tails.

The bench not only fulfils the function of seat, it also provides an aesthetic value when it is placed in the urban space: seafronts, ports, parks, squares, streets and boulevards. When the bench is not occupied, its soft undulating shapes make it a sculptural element.

The Whale Tail Bench design allows for different options in use of materials. It can be made of fiberglass reinforced with wood,fiberglass reinforced with concrete and recycled plastic (HDPE) and concrete.

QZ Urban Furniture is a design studio specialized in the design and manufacture of urban and outdoor furniture. Its aim is to create elements capable of awakening emotions in both urban and natural environments.

QZ Urban Furniture designs and produces pieces with organic, elegant and sober shapes that not only fulfill the functionality of the object, but also provide an remarkable aesthetic value when placed in the urban space.
