The BROVN transforms a standard baking oven into a micro bakery. The product consist of two parts: A steel plate for heat retention and a glass dome for catching the steam of the baked loaf. Both parts together provide for the ideal environment for baking wonderful, professional looking bread in a standard oven. Compared to other solutions it offers an exceptional and baker-like experience by offering a live view onto your rising bread and an unmachted easy handling.
