Ignite: Electric Assisted Charcoal Grill

Ignite is a charcoal barbecue grill with a built in ignition system. The goal of this project was formed after our general research about barbecue grilling, we found that 9 out of 10 people preferred the taste of charcoal to gas but most people use a gas grill. The design of this grill helps fix the problems that prevent people from using charcoal, and provides a grilling experience that is as quick and easy as gas grilling, while still providing the smoky flavor that is so desirable.
