Design and development of lounge boats as part of the 'Cool Summer Island' event that annually takes place on and around a floating island in the harbor basin of the Volkswagen Autostadt in Wolfsburg, Germany. Since 2014 the electronically operated boats are a big highlight of the six-week summer festival. The boats are controlled by joystick, equipped with a classic teak deck, a stainless steel railing and GRP molded parts. Storage compartment in the steering position. Accessories: 1 armchair + 2 stools by Verzelloni, series 'Zoe', 1 parasol. Measures: 3.20 meters wide, 5.40 meters in length

Studio Wehberg from Hamburg designs products, objects, stage sets, creates spaces and generates public art installations. Archetypal and associative power characterize Max Wehberg's designs.
