xHa is a tool that helps you learn to maintain focus during meditation.
xHa senses when you lose focus and gives you a gentle reminder to bring your attention back to your practice by playing the audio of your breath in real-time. When you have resumed focus, the audio disappears so you can focus on your natural breathing.
Meditation has shown to lead to numerous wellness benefits, including preventing depression and anxiety as well as improving a person's attention span and increasing their productivity. Using xHa allows a person to reap these benefits and enhance their wellbeing.
