Calcivis are revolutionising the management of cariology (tooth decay). The new CALCIVIS imaging system enables dentists to provide real-time chair side assessment of demineralization associated with caries lesions or erosion. Real time information about the demineralization of tooth enamel has never been available to dentists before and this revolutionary new product enables a preventative rather than reactive dentistry approach. The CALCIVIS imaging system is now in production following use in clinical trials and a number of working dental practises
