The EPDA is owned by Farmani Group Inc., USA, and operated under license by Blue Dot Solutions Limited, Hong Kong.

3. EU Representative (Article 27 GDPR)

Personal data may be shared between Farmani Group Inc. (USA) and Blue Dot Solutions Limited (Hong Kong) as part of the Award’s operation.

– Jury members or expert evaluators

– Payment processors (e.g., Stripe or Airwallex)
Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, including Hong Kong and the United States. EPDA ensures appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to protect your data.
8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
EPDA does not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning individuals. Any profiling activities, such as statistical analysis or marketing segmentation, are conducted solely to improve services and communications and do not result in automated decisions about participants.
9. Retention of Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
– Registration and award participation data: up to 7 years after the end of the award cycle
– Publication and archive data (e.g., winning projects): may be retained indefinitely for historical record
– Payment and accounting data: retained as required by law
After expiration, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
