The European Product Design Award (EPDA) strengthened its presence in Asia this April through a new collaboration with HKTDC Home InStyle, one of the region’s leading design and lifestyle fairs. Taking place from April 27–30, 2025, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event brought together global brands, designers, and innovators to explore the future of home and lifestyle design.
For the first time, EPDA and HKTDC Home InStyle co-hosted the Home InStyle Best of Show Award, celebrating the most outstanding houseware products across various categories. The competition was open exclusively to exhibitors of HKTDC Home InStyle 2025, ensuring that the awarded pieces represented the very best of the fair.
A special on-stage ceremony honored the winning designers, followed by a speaking session where each winner had the opportunity to share the story and inspiration behind their creations. This new award initiative reflected EPDA’s ongoing mission to recognize visionary innovation and elevate design excellence on a global level.
It was an honor to recognize these artists and be inspired by their powerful stories. Collaborations like this are at the heart of the EPDA’s work—connecting international design communities to champion the role of design in shaping a better world.
