Table order systems allowing customers to place orders directly at the table are quickly being adopted in the Korean restaurant industry.
Various manufacturers have released a range of products that can be installed on existing tables for the table ordering.
However, most devices simply utilizing existing tablets often faced various issues in terms of difficulty in the installation, design, and usability. So, we started this project with the aim of addressing the issues by designing a whole new table order device.
