Ugli is an autonomous food truck designed around the concept of utilizing misshaped fruits and vegetables to bring fresh produce to food deserted areas throughout the United States. It creates a link between healthy food with cosmetic blemishes and areas where fruits and vegetables are not easily available by selling juice made from ugly produce at a lower cost. Ugli communicates importance of healthy eating, sustainable practices, and strong community by bringing human
centered design to the food truck experience.
