HIVES

This project is based on the concept of multi-species design, it expresses my thinking on how to better coexist between natural species and urban facilities.The roots of trees in cities often conflict with pavements, in order to make the growth environment of trees in cities similar to natural environment. This project used pressure simulation and generative design, made a frame structure of brick to help urban trees grow better, it replaces the cement around the existing tree pit structure, and at the same time it has the function of bearing the weight of the road.
