"Since1984" was born from a simple idea : revisiting a fun
game as a modular system for interior or exterior spaces.
This is a game, an idea, fun and easy, accessible to
everyone, sustainable, innovative and even if "old" unique
and functional.
Its versatility make this furniture system adaptable to
multiple user scenarios. Its cost is contained while the
functionality is great.
After designing it, I didn't want to stop playing with it. It's fun
and timeless.
Flexible, Modular, light weight, sustainable, fun, storage,
kids friendly.
Since1984 is a lightweight modular system made of 7 pieces
that can be used in small living spaces, showrooms,loft,
offices, schools...
Users can play with their spaces moving the pieces
around...sitting on it, gathering around during a movie night!
Pieces could be upholstered for schools becoming kids-
friendly. They could be used as storage. They could be
stacked. They could be coated with water based paint or
varnish or leave it natural!
With 3 pieces users can play over 20 solutions, with the
whole package - 7 pieces - they can build over 100
solutions!
Each piece can be easily moved around by everyone thanks
is lightweight. The multiple possibilities allow the users to
change the locations of this modular system continuously.
Even people without design background can easily adjust
this system and design their own space.
