Cooper quotes the round sieves used for
cooking in Egypt, consisting of a grid
structure fixed by a wooden frame. The
two-piece body of the Cooper side table
(consisting of several veneer layers) sits on
three steel legs, which in turn are fit into
a ring. The table top can be removed and used
as a tray. Its delicate pattern, inspired by
Arabic tile that has been stripped down to
basic geometric elements, creates a sense of
transparency and lightness. Cooper offers
different color combinations.

Material: beech, steel powder coated
Dimensions: Ø55 cm, H=47cm
The colorful city life of Cairo provided
inspiration for the unique design of the
Cooper side table through magic, charm and
the diversity of unique colors, smells and
moods of light which Nina Mair translates
into her typically European and distinctive
signature, creating a timeless piece of
furniture with oriental flair.
