Movus is an electrical autonomous cargo vehicle carrying any cargo and luggages inside the airport apron area between the baggage handling system and the airplane with enhanced safety, hygiene and luggage protection measures which passengers may face after handling their luggages to the airport facilities.
By it’s proprietary smart routing system (SRS), Movus autonomously navigates inside the airport apron area. SRS includes two lidar sensors on the top of the vehicle for depth and distance and two stereo cameras on the front faces forthe short-distance image processing to avoid the obstacles.
