Pétale is a versatile, elegant suspension lamp designed by French architect Odile Decq and developed in close collaboration with Luceplan. A gracefully suspended petal that spreads soft, smooth white light, the truly extraordinary feature of this ethereal organic design is the way it absorbs noise. The body, covered in white fabric, is made with a special sound-absorbing panel, to greatly improve acoustic comfort in the surrounding area. Ideal for use in compositions of multiple "light petals" in large spaces, Pétale also performs its functions perfectly as a soloist in any inhabited context.
