Circular Coffee Machine

In my BA thesis a concept for a professional energy efficient multiboiler portafilter machine complying with the circular design guidelines was developed, using standardised components and durable mono-materials. As the machine is embedded in a product-service system the manufacturer is responsible for the entire product lifecycle. For ease of repair no tools are required to access vital components and change the integrated water filter. Additionally a collection system for coffee grounds was set up to make so far wasted resources accessible to local businesses and meet their growing demand.
